He has extensive research interests covering a wide variety of interdisciplinary perspectives concerning the theory and practice of advanced hybrid technologies in water and wastewater treatment.     Can Cui, Ph.D., EIT, is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Smart Urban Mobility Lab in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of South Florida. Dr. Cui holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Safety and Management from Zhengzhou University, where he also earned his Master of Science in Transportation Engineering.
